What causes this issue?

You are trying to activate a BWA-only InfoCube for Business Objects
Explorer. The BWA index for this InfoCube is not active. The InfoCube is
therefore inconsistent.

System Response

The InfoCube cannot be used for Business Objects Explorer in this
inconsistent state.

How to fix this error?

First repair the BWA index for the InfoCube. Then call the AWB
(transaction RSA1). In the context menu for the InfoCube, choose Delete
Data and Rebuild Index.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
