How to fix this error?

If the system displays this action, it means that the automatic repair
of the RFC problems has failed. You therefore need to repair the RFC
connection manually. See the check details for more information.
You cannot start this action from the BW system. The repair must be
carried out in the relevant transactions in the BW system (SM59) and on
BW Accelerator.
