What causes this issue?

Dimension &SYST-MSGV1& references InfoObject &SYST-MSGV2&. No
authorization data can be loaded for this dimension. The central
analysis authorizations of characteristic &SYST-MSGV2& are applied
(where authorization-relevant).

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
