DAP allows stragglers. Record count check disabled.

What causes this issue?

You are trying to restore an archiving request that might contain
stragglers. Stragglers sometimes change the number of records in the
original archiving request in some data packages. This makes it
impossible to check the record count during the restore phase.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
