What causes this issue?

You want to start the DTP in a process chain. The request that was
generated during the last run has status 'red'. The DTP is configured in
such a way that the previous request is to be automatically deleted in
this case.

System Response

The previous request could not be deleted.

How to fix this error?

Manually delete the previous request.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
