Object &1 &2 &4 is inconsistent

What causes this issue?

Cannot build data flow because it includes an inconsistent object.
Object type: &V1&
Technical name: &V2&
Short text: &V3&
Long text: &V4&

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

In most cases this is because an update rule has a source object that
has been deleted.

System Response

The system terminates processing because of the inconsistency in program
processing.

How to fix this error?

Delete the inconsistent object and call the data flow display again.
