This task list must only be executed on Client 000

&REASON&
TMS Configurations can be performed on the Target System only if the
task list is run on Client 000. Hence, it is necessary that BW task
lists are run on Client 000.
BW Prepare task list (SAP_BW_COPY_INITIAL_PREPARE) has to be run on
Client 000 of Original BW System if the Target BW system is going to be
created newly<(>,<)>
BW Initial Copy task list (SAP_BW_BASIS_COPY_INITIAL_CONFIG) has to be
run on Client 000 of Target BW system.
BW Refresh task list (SAP_BW_BASIS_COPY_REFRESH_CONFIG) has to be run on
Client 000 of Target BW system.
