What causes this issue?

The infotype validity period exceeds one calendar year (January 1 to
December 31).

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Make sure that both the start and end dates of the infotype record are
in the same calendar year.
