What causes this issue?

The bank data cannot be processed for the payment method specified
('&V&).

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Please use a different payment method or delete the entries for bank
key, bank account (and bank control key, if applicable).
