Characteristics cannot be defined for task list type &1

What causes this issue?

When transforming the master recipe, the system tries to assign the
inspection characteristics from the general recipe to the inspection
characteristics in the master recipe. However, the QM indicator is not
set in the task list type table.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check whether the QM indicator can be set in the task list type table.
