Specify a valid-from date for the recipe

What causes this issue?

You want to set the recipe status to "Complete processing" but cannot,
since the recipe has been created without a validity period.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Enter a valid-from date for the first change status of the recipe.
