Date shift is not possible; recipe date cannot be changed

What causes this issue?

When you change the date of a change number, you also change the
valid-from data of all objects edited with this change number. In this
case, you cannot change the date for one of the following reasons:
The change number was used in recipes for which you have no change
authorization.
An internal error occurred while the valid-from date of a recipe was
changed.
The system does not change the date of the change number.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
