User wants to limit selection further

What causes this issue?

A high volumn of data records were found to suit your selection
criteria meaning that the formatting of the results would take a long
time. Therefore, the system displayed a dialog box in which you can
decide whether you want to restrict your selection further.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Fill in additional selection fields to reduce the number of data
records. If you do not want to restrict the selection further, choose
"Proceed" in the dialog box.
