What causes this issue?

The release order does not contain an address for the user who created
the object. This user is required in the workflow if the release order
is to be further processed.

System Response

The system cancels processing.

How to fix this error?

Define the user who created the object in the release order.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
