Scanning user exit programs to check compatibility to 6.10 ABAP &1&2&3&4

What causes this issue?

There are scanners to check for existing customer extensions, which
have been created under an older version of ABAP and which are checked
agains ABAP 6.10 und against the requirements for "Unicode enabled
programs".

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
