Parameter zcsa/installed_language could not be changed. Reason: &1

What causes this issue?

The dynamic profile parameter zcsa/installed_languages could not be
changed during activation of the new language configuration. There can
be several reasons
1: No authorization to change profile parameters
8: The list of logon languages is too long (> 128).
91: The list of application servers could not be retrieved.
92: For some application server the parameter could not be changed.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

The change of profile parameters requires authorization for the object
'S_ADMI_FCD' field 'PADM'. If there a no authorization problems logon to
the affected instances and activate the configuration again. Make sure
that all server are active (check in SM51).
