Rights and easements &1 (&2): entry for land &3 is before entry &4

What causes this issue?

In the Rights and Easements, you entered parcel <ZH>&V2&</> in entry
<ZH>&V1&</> with the starting date <ZH>&V3&</>. However, the
accompanying entry for the encumbrance has the starting date <ZH>&V4&
</>.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Correct the <ZH>entry date for the parcel</> within the encumbrance
entry, or correct the <ZH>validity of the encumbrance</> itself.
