Creating a partner in role &1 is not allowed in real estate dialog

What causes this issue?

You want to assign a partner in a role for which the creation of the
partner is <ZH>not </>possible from the processing of the real estate
contract.

System Response

It is <ZH>not </>possible to create the business partner from the
processing of the real estate master data.

How to fix this error?

Create the business partner from the business partner management menu
and assign it to the real estate object.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
