&1 is not an owner; entry of coownership shares therefore not permitted

What causes this issue?

You can only specify coownership shares for business partners assigned
the role of <ZH>owner</>.
However business partner &V1& is not assigned the role of owner for this
Real Estate object.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Either assign the business partner the role of owner or delete your
entry for the coownership share.
