Usage type &1 of rtl space for usage type &2 of pooled space not allowed

What causes this issue?

Usage type &V1& that you entered is not allowed for rental spaces. The
cause is one of the following:
No pooled space is entered for the rental space.
The usage type (&V1&) you want is not defined as allowed for the pooled
space (&V2&) in <DS:SIMG.REFXV_TIVBDUSGPSRS>Customizing</> for allowed
usage types of rental spaces per pooled space.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
