&1 - Assignment &2: Validity of cost center lies only in area &3

What causes this issue?

The cost center is not valid during the complete period you wish.
If you did not enter a validity yourself, the system uses the validity
of the object.
If there is no entry for validity on the object, the system only checks
the existence of the cost center.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Change the relationship validity to agree with the validity of the cost
center or extend the validity of the cost center.
