Error in architectural assignment of rental space &1

What causes this issue?

Rental space <ZH>&V1&</> is assigned in period <ZH>&V3&</> to
architectural object <ZH>&V2&</>. The pooled space related to the rental
space must also be assigned to the same architectural object. You have
not yet done this.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Assign the corresponding pooled space to the architectural object <ZH>
&V2&</>.
