Price activation for promotion &1 (&2) not started automatically

What causes this issue?

The price activation for promotion &V1& which was generated from
external promotion &V2&, was not started automatically.

System Response

The promotion prices and discounts are not activated automatically.

How to fix this error?

Activate the prices for promotion &V1& manually. You can use
transactions WAK5 and WAK16 for this.

Procedure for System Administrators

In Customizing under 'Default Values for Promotions via XI Interface',
you can determine that the prices are activated automatically following
a successful import.
