Change the generated technical name '&1' before you save

What causes this issue?

A technical name was generated for the new element '&V1&'. Technical
names cannot be changed once they are saved; if you want to change the
name, do so before you save the object.

How to fix this error?

To accept the technical name generated, you can save without changing
the name.
