Name &1 is not in the namespace for generated BW meta objects

What causes this issue?

A generated object for the BW metadata level must be assigned to one of
the three following namespaces (prefixes):
/BIC/:,,,,for customer objects
/BI0/:,,,,for SAP Content objects
/1XYZ/:,,,,for BW Partner Objects, where /1XYZ/ has been reserved as a
generation prefix for the BW partner.
The character "/" must otherwise no longer appear in the name.
The name &V1& lies outside of this namespace.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
