PO Box &1 is invalid, it is not in any interval of city &2 &3

What causes this issue?

PO Box ranges and their postal codes can be defined for cities. This
data exists for the specified city, but the specified PO Box number is
not in any of these ranges.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Either enter the correct PO Box number, or correct the PO Box ranges
for the city with transaction SR11.
