Update mode & is not supported by the extraction API

What causes this issue?

The application program for the extraction of the data was called using
update mode &v1&. However, this is not supported by the InfoSource.

System Response

The data extraction is terminated.

How to fix this error?

Check the SAP Support Portal for the appropriate Notes and create a
customer message if necessary.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
