What causes this issue?

The entry values are not defined in table &V4&
or the values &V1& &V2& &V3& are not defined.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check the entry. If necessary, inform the system administrator so that
the entry can be included in the table.
