Employees cannot be created in this system

What causes this issue?

Business partners in CRM are integrated with the HR application in the
ERP system. This means that the business partner master records with the
BP role "employee" for your employees are distributed to CRM from
existing HR master data in the ERP system via ALE.

System Response

You cannot create business partner master data for employees in CRM.

How to fix this error?

Maintain business partner master data for employees in the HR
application components in the ERP system.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
