Rejected partial lots exist; delivery is not possible

What causes this issue?

There is at least one rejected partial lot. This partial lot can block
goods issue for the delivery note.
If the usage decision for the inspection lot has also been made, the
associated delivery note can no longer be changed.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Contact the dispatch department before proceeding.
