Confirmation not allowed or not activated

What causes this issue?

You want to branch to the details screen for PP confirmation data.
This is not possible, however, since the indicator for "no confirmation"
is active. This is the case because confirmation is either not allowed,
was not activated or an existing confirmation was canceled.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
