Create insp. method/master insp. characteristic &1&: Details not complete

What causes this issue?

An error occured while the inspection method/master inspection
characteristic &v1&, plant &v2&, and version &v3& were created, because
not all of the data required for creating a version of the inspection
method/master inspection characteristic was entered.
The following data is required to create a version without any
problems:
Plant
Description for the inspection method/master inspection characteristic
Version
Status (or deletion indicator)
Search field
Valid-from date
Language
Author (the person who created the inspection method/master inspection
characteristic)
Creation date for the inspection method/master inspection
characteristic

System Response

The system cannot create the inspection method/master inspection
characteristic because of incomplete data.

How to fix this error?

Check whether all the necessary data has been entered when you create
the inspection method/master inspection characteristic.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
