What causes this issue?

In the plan usage, a reference is made to a nonexistent entry in the
table for dynamic modification criteria.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Maintain the corresponding entries. The dynamic modification criteria
table is not present in the configuration menu.
