Finding &1 is already locked

What causes this issue?

When an inspection document is locked, the system also attempts to lock
all dependent findings. However, the finding &V1& cannot be locked, as
it is currently blocked by another user or process.

System Response

The finding &V1& cannot be changed for the time being.
The inspection document can only be cancelled or deleted once all
dependent findings have been locked by the inspection document.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
