Inspection document not canceled; external inspection has started

What causes this issue?

The inspection has been passed on to an external QM system and the
inspection has already started in this system. If you cancel the
inspection document, the inspection in the external system will also be
cancelled.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If you still want to cancel the inspection document, call the function a
second time. Then the system will execute the cancellation.
