Sample &1 for characteristic with confirmation no. &2 is not closed

What causes this issue?

The sample &V1& for the inspection characteristic with the confirmation
number &V2& could not be closed.
This could be caused by one of the following reasons:
the valuation was not successful.
the scope of inspection was not carried out according to the plan
specifications.
the sample result was not valid.

How to fix this error?

If the cause of the error is unknown, you can display a more detailed
error analysis by selecting the function <LS>Close</> in the
transaction for results recording.
