or more of the following:
Defect category: &v1&
Plant: &v2&
Work center: &v3&

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

System Response

The defect is not created.

How to fix this error?

Obtain all required authorizations for creating the defect and try
again.
