This may be due to one of the following reasons:
you have chosen unsuitable selection criteria
there is no work list available for you at this time

System Response

An empty list was generated.

How to fix this error?

Choose one of the following three options:
enter other selection conditions
terminate processing
update the list again at a later time. A work list may be then be
available for you.
