The partial samples have not been created yet

What causes this issue?

You are on the characteristic overview screen. The system only reads
the partial samples if you select at least one characteristic in order
to process it.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Select at least one characteristic you want to process.
