What causes this issue?

For a 100% inspection, the following valuation types are available:
- Attributive inspection according to nonconforming units with the
acceptance number '0'
- Valuation according to code
- Manual valuation


System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
