What causes this issue?

You entered a certificate receipt date, but set a status other than
'Certificate received' or 'Certificate archived'.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

You can either set a corresponding status, or delete the certificate
receipt date.
