The inspection instruction is printed when you leave the transaction

What causes this issue?

The inspection instruction will be printed only after you exit the
transaction with 'Back,' 'Exit' or 'Post.'
The inspection instruction will NOT be printed if you exit the
transaction with the OK code 'N.'

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
