What causes this issue?

The material requires a quality information record (Q-info record) in
which the QM entries are defined for the material-supplier combination.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Create a Q-info record for the required criteria or consult the
appropriate QM colleague.
