To deactivate QM, the inspection stock for the material must be empty

What causes this issue?

Previously QM has been active for this material. But now you want to
deactivate QM. However there are still open inspection lots in the
inspection stock for the material.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

First you must close all the inspections by making a decision for all
the affected inspection lots.
