What causes this issue?

You are not authorized to make entries or changes to the database
connection for SAP AS.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Authorization object S_ARCHIVE with the activity '01' ('add' or
'create') is checked for all archiving objects.
