What causes this issue?

You can only create individual code groups with this modus.

How to fix this error?

To create code groups, restart the transaction and enter a "*" in the
code group field on the entry screen.


&Note&
If you enter a "*", all code groups will be blocked. However, this can
have an adverse effect on system performance.
