What causes this issue?

The action <(>&<)>1 terminated due to a timeout.

System Response

The action that triggered this could still be active. One example of
this is the release of a transport request.

How to fix this error?

Verify the status of the trigger action again later. If the status you
require cannot be configured, contact the system administrator.

Procedure for System Administrators

Currently, only actions by the transport tool tp (such as exports) are
started asynchronously. Check the process list and the associated
entries in the table TPSTAT.
