What causes this issue?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.



System Response

The duration of the trip is less than 12 hours. A 'SAL' receipt is
reimbursed only for trips with a duration of 12 hours or more.


How to fix this error?

Either delete the 'SAL' receipt or change the start or end date of the
trip on the <LS>General Data</> screen.
(This automatically deletes the 'SAL' receipt!)
