What causes this issue?

The system has skipped the pricing migration.


System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

The pricing migration includes migration of the pricing tables from KONV
to PRCD_ELEMENTS.
Pricing migration is skipped if:
1. The test mode flag is set and the migration is taking place in a
customer system. Test mode is not supported on customer systems.
2. The test mode flag is not set and the migration is taking place in an
SAP system.
