Status object selected without specifying person responsible

What causes this issue?

You wish to include a status object in a workflow that has not been
assigned to a person responsible.
In this case, no recipient can be determined for the workflow. This
means that such status objects cannot be included in a workflow.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Assign a person responsible to the status object and repeat the
operation.
